After many years in business, we have developed a large network of reliable, dependable, responsive and honest cleaners, messengers, and supervisors. Currently we employ approximately 130 people. Some have been with us since our inception! We take a lot of time in carefully selecting and communicating with our personnel to maintain a group of dedicated and reliable people.
Training is provided internally by our management who has acquired training and support from international organizations such as Cleaning Management Institute. A new training according to the guidelines of “Opleiding Facilitaire Diensten B.V.”, a course developed for Facility Services students in Holland, will be mandatory to all existing and new personnel to assure in-depth knowledge of cleaning techniques. While on the job, all personnel are required to follow our customized Cleaning Plan as stipulated by our company according to each clients needs. This cleaning plan is placed at each workstation at our clients, so there is no confusion as of what tasks need to be done. Our Supervisors are trained by our management, according to MBO standards for Facility Services.
