Management

Our management consists of three directors:

Leonilda D. Juliana Jansen – Owner (100% of shares), Founder and Managing Director. With her entrepreneurial skills, vision, hard work and 200% dedication, she was able to turn what was once a small cleaning company of just 3 people to a professional and leading cleaning and business support company with more than 100 employees. Mrs. Juliana was the only active director of our company up to the beginning of 2004, when she was joined by her son-in law, Marro J. Pietersz, and her daughter, Korra Pietersz-Juliana as active directors of the company. Currently Mrs. Juliana is mostly in charge of the financial aspects of the company, and is training Marro Pietersz to take over her position when she retires.

Marro J. Pietersz – Director of Operations. Marro joined our company in 1998 as manager and right hand of Mrs. Juliana. With a degree in Management and several years of management experience in the service industry, Mr Pietersz has contributed to our growth and modernization over the last few years. Since 2004, Mr. Pietersz has joined our board of directors, and will lead the company into a new era of further growth, development and expansion.

Korra Pietersz-Juliana, MIBA – Director and Quality Manager. Korra is the daughter of Mrs. L. Juliana. She has a Masters degree in International Business Administration from Nova Southeastern Univertisy. She has been a background support for our company for approximately ten years.
